A diligent campaign by Paramount’s R&D team for procuring a Phase II SBIR award from the U.S. Department of Defense and sponsored by the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) has proven successful. Paramount’s recent $2.6 million award centers on the development and implementation of high temperature SLS technology and materials in the fabrication of non-structural aerospace components for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.
*SBIR awards allow small businesses to collaborate with one of 12 federal agencies on cost effective technological R&D projects.
